  2. Evenly sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides of each breast.
  3. Set up your breading station with three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour, dip in the eggs, then press into the breadcrumbs.
