- Flip the tofu and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.

- Toss pineapple chunks into the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and return the crispy tofu to the pan, stirring for 2 minutes.
