Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow about 10 minutes for it to heat.

  3. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko with garlic powder and Parmesan in three bowls.
  4. Coat each artichoke heart in flour, then in eggs, followed by the panko and Parmesan mixture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated artichoke hearts about an inch apart.
  6. Lightly spray the artichokes with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes and serve warm with dipping sauce.
