Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer several sheets of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush each layer with olive oil.
  3. Cut the oiled phyllo sheets into 4x4 inch squares to wrap around the feta.
  4. Place a piece of feta cheese in the center of each phyllo square, fold and pinching the edges.
  5. Arrange the wrapped feta rolls on the baking sheet, brush tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle the baked rolls with chili honey before serving.
