- After pressing, carefully unwrap the tofu and slice it into uniform bite-sized cubes.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk until well-blended.
- Toss the cubed tofu in a large mixing bowl with cornstarch until each piece is evenly coated.
- Heat about 1 cup of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated tofu cubes in batches and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Return the skillet to medium heat and add the prepared honey garlic sauce. Simmer for about one minute and gently toss in the crispy tofu cubes.
