  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Consider avocado oil for a different flavor.

  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes Grape tomatoes can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh garlic preferred, but garlic powder works.
For the Beans
  • 1 can White Beans Chickpeas can be a great substitute.
Seasoning & Herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used for a milder option.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Basil or Parsley) Oregano or thyme can be used for a different flavor.

Preparation Instructions
  1. Pat the halloumi cheese slices dry with paper towels, then slice into half-inch thick pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Cook the halved cherry tomatoes for 3–4 minutes until they soften and begin to burst.
  6. Incorporate the drained white beans and smoked paprika, then simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  7. Return the crispy halloumi to the pan and warm for an additional minute.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
