Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the boneless ham at the bottom of your slow cooker, ensuring it fits comfortably.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the apple juice, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the ham, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to low for 6-7 hours.
  5. Once the cooking time is complete, carefully remove the ham from the slow cooker using tongs and shred it into tender pieces.
  6. Pour the cooking liquid from the slow cooker into a saucepan and allow it to simmer gently.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream to the simmering liquid and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
