- In a blender, add 1 cup of frozen mango, sliced banana, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Optionally drizzle in honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until silky and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- With the blender running, add the remaining 1 cup of frozen mango and blend for another 20-30 seconds.
- If the smoothie is too thin, add 2 to 4 ice cubes and blend again until thickened.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint if desired. Enjoy immediately!
