Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, add 1 cup of frozen mango, sliced banana, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Optionally drizzle in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until silky and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. With the blender running, add the remaining 1 cup of frozen mango and blend for another 20-30 seconds.
  4. If the smoothie is too thin, add 2 to 4 ice cubes and blend again until thickened.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint if desired. Enjoy immediately!
