  3. Place the baking dish into the preheated oven and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  4. While the mixture roasts, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, reserve pasta water, and drain.
  5. Transfer the roasted mixture into a blender, add reserved pasta water, and blend until smooth.
