- Combine the ground chicken, green onions, bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix gently.
- Wet hands and shape the mixture into four equal patties, about ¾-inch thick.

- Cook the patties for 2.5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
