Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the ground chicken, green onions, bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix gently.
  2. Wet hands and shape the mixture into four equal patties, about ¾-inch thick.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Make sure it's shimmering.
  4. Cook the patties for 2.5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Toss mixed greens with olive oil, lime juice, and salt. Set aside.
  6. Serve the burgers on mixed greens and top with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and additional lime juice.
