Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Prepare Sauce: Reduce heat to low, drizzle honey and hot sauce over cooked chicken. Stir well to coat chicken and warm through for another 2 minutes.
  3. Make Jalapeño Cream Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, chopped jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and refrigerate.
  4. Assemble Quesadillas: On a tortilla, layer cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, then add the hot honey chicken mixture and more cheese. Fold tortilla over and repeat with remaining tortillas.
