Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add bacon. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to drain.
  3. In the same skillet, add a splash of olive oil if necessary, and sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl until smooth. Pour into the skillet with garlic, stirring for about 10 seconds to thicken.
  5. Add the boiled broccoli to the skillet, tossing in the sauce until well-coated.
  6. Crumble the crispy bacon into the broccoli and mix for flavor infusion. Toss gently for an additional minute.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
