  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic fresh garlic can be used
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard Dijon can be used for a gourmet touch
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce experiment with different brands

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the thick bacon until crispy, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and crumble.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, chili sauce, crumbled bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, onion powder, seasoned salt, granulated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into 8 round mini loaves and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Create a small depression in the center of each.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce generously over the top of each mini loaf.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through to 160°F (70°C). Switch to broil for 2–5 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
  7. Let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
